Piemaker is one of the Uk’s foremost speciality Pie shops.  Serving a wide variety of original, wholesome savoury meat, sweet, vegetarian and vegan pies and pasties freshly baked all day. Signature pies include our unique peppersteak pie, haggis pie, pizza bake and the ever popular macaroni pie.  We serve 100% fair trade, freshly roasted coffee.  Our bakery has been based at 38 South Bridge, Edinburgh for sit-in and takeaway since 1995 and we also provide outside catering.
